Reverend Reginald Lillie, Chapter President

Minister Reginald Lillie is a respected community leader, business owner, and civil rights advocate who has served the Houston area since 1987. His leadership spans education, transportation, business, healthcare, and community development. He is a former President of the NAACP Houston Branch and currently serves as Chair of Religious Affairs for the NAACP Texas State Conference. Through decades of service, he has remained committed to advancing justice, civic engagement, and community empowerment throughout Northwest Harris County.

Bishop Dr. John D. Ogletree, Jr., Vice President

Bishop Dr. John D. Ogletree, Jr. is a respected pastor, attorney, author, and community leader whose service has impacted Houston and communities across Texas for more than four decades. As the founding pastor and Bishop-Overseer of First Metropolitan Church, he has dedicated his life to faith-based leadership, community empowerment, education advocacy, and leadership development. His extensive experience includes service on the Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Board of Trustees, leadership within state and national faith organizations, and civic engagement through the NAACP and numerous educational initiatives. As Vice President of the National Action Network Greater Northwest Harris County Chapter, Bishop Ogletree brings a wealth of wisdom, integrity, and servant leadership to the organization's mission of advancing justice, equality, and community empowerment.

Brittany Dyson, Chapter Treasurer

Brittany Dyson is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting, financial management, operations, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as a Financial Specialist III at Prairie View A&M University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting. Her expertise in financial oversight, compliance, budgeting, auditing, and strategic planning helps ensure the chapter maintains strong financial stewardship and accountability.

Lizza Harris, Chapter Secretary

Lizza Harris is a healthcare professional, entrepreneur, and community advocate with over 18 years of experience in healthcare administration and operations. A graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, she brings expertise in leadership, strategic planning, organizational management, and community engagement. Through volunteer service, entrepreneurship, and faith-centered leadership, she remains dedicated to strengthening families and creating meaningful impact throughout the community.
